Hi! I’m Tomoyo, I’m going to talk about famous place and commune with nature in Auckland. Auckland is the most famous city in New Zealand; it looks like Tokyo in Japan. There are many places for sightseeing. In Auckland, sky tower is famous building. The tower’s high is 328 meters. On the other hand, there is a Tokyo tower in Japan. The tower’s high is 333 meters. Besides, Eden Park is also famous stadium. Athletes play Rugby and Cricket in the stadium. In Japan, baseball game held in Tokyo Dome. Next is commune with nature. People can view of whole town in top of Eden Mountain. In addition, there is a Albert park near the Auckland college. You can see beautiful flowers. Harbor Bridge is also famous place. Bridge’s length is about 1,000 meters. You can see a lot of yachts. New Zealand is the NO,1 to have yacht owner.

In sightseeing
Over two millon of people go New Zealand for sightseeing. In New Zealand, there are many places for sightseeing so it became a large tourist country. It has a few big city. Queens town is famous because it is very beautiful. Queens town is surround nature. This town is called "fit for Queen Victoria". This town is the most famous for bungee-jump in NZ. In summer, many people go this town and enjoy fishing, bungee-jump, paragliding, golf. On the other hand, people enjoy ski snd snowboarding in winter. In addition, people can ride.
Besides, Auckland is also famous place for sightseeing. Auckland is the largest city in NZ. North Shore Beaches are very beautiful. There are over 10 sandy beaches. People can go swimming, yachting, surfing and so on. Hunua Ranges have the beauties of nature. We can touch nature and go camping, fishing, ride a mountain bike. In addition, there is casino near the sky tower. A restaurant in the casino serve delicious dishes. What is most famous dish is the Pacific Rim. We can eat it while we drink a wine from NZ. Some other place, Long Bay Regional Park and Auckland Botanic Gardens are famous. NZ has the city which have a peculiar charm.

Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving Day is holiday! It looks like an Oshougatu or Obonn in Japanese. This is on fourth Thursday, November. On this day, big balloon, clowns, children and bands parade down in New York. It is called Macy’s parade because it presented by Macy’s Department. This parade start at 9 am, so many people grouped on the street to watch it before 2 hours. At dinner, people have a big party with their family. They eat a big turkey and traditional food. In addition to they watch football game on TV. The NFL (National Football League) play game. After Thanksgiving Day is called black Friday because most of the stores start a sales so stores make a profit. People start to prepare for Christmas. This season is the busiest time of year for stores. It’s a big sale!! Thanksgiving Day is important day for Americans!!
