SUMMER VACATION
In this summer, I went to many places. Especially, I went to pool, sea and river. I don’t like hot climate so I went to these places about13 times. My skin got sunburned. I went to
Nagashima with my friends. My friends drove a car. Nagashima pool was big and crowed. There were many water sliders. I brought a float ring and used it. Another day, I went to
Utumi with my friends. We built a sand castle on the beach. In Fukui, there were beautiful beach. It called
Suishouhama. I wanted to go there, so my friends took me out to go there. It was very hot day. “I don’t want to get sunburned” one of my friend said so we tried to rent a parasol. However rental fee was expensive. We beat down and rent it. Suishouhama was very beautiful. I could see fish and urchin. We played about 5 hours. There are good places to go fishing in Aichi. It is
Asuke. My family and cousin planned to go there so I was going to accompany it. We enjoyed a barbecue and fishing. I could catch a fish and ate it. It taste was good!
The Star Festival held every year in my hometown, so I went it with my friends and family. I wore a Yukata. In addition, I went to
summer festival in Nagaragawa. The fireworks of Nagaragawa are famous. Many people went to there so very crowed. They all stood gasping at the fireworks. It was very beautiful and moving sight.
On August 26, 27, I climbed
Mt Fuji. My club climbs Mt Fuji every summer vacation, so I joined it. At Mt Fuji, we had to pay money to take toilet. I was surprised. Mt Fuji is no water so we have to pay money. To the fifth stage of Mt Fuji, we went to by bus. We started to climb at 4 p.m. We arrived at the eighth stage of Mt Fuji at 9 p.m. We ate a curry and rice. We slept for 2 hours. At 2 a.m. we woke up, and we tried to climb at the top of Mt Fuji. I suffered from altitude sickness before the ninth stage of Mt Fuji. I had to give up climbing. I was very shocked. I was breathing heavily because oxygen was thin. Next year, I’ll try again.
On September, I went on a trip 3 times. First, I had a summer camp. This was group activities. We went to
Fukui for three day. First day, we played on beach. We had a watermelon bust, beach volleyball, baseball and so on. Nobody was on beach, except us. At night, we had a test of courage. It was horrible but enjoyable. The second day, a sports festival was hold. Everyone fought in desperation and enjoyed it. At night, a banquet was hold. We drank alcohol and answered a quiz question. Some people drunk too much so it was awful. However we had a pleasant night. Last day we went shopping and went on board a ship. I became have a hangover, so I could not go on board a ship. I enjoyed club activities. Second, I went to a hot spring with my family.
Hakone,
Izu were beautiful places. We went to an
aquarium and saw a show of a dolphin. The dolphin was very cute. My little brother fed a dolphin. This trip felt me relaxed. Third, I went to Shizuoka and Tokyo for four days. My friends drove a car. First day, we visited a
Fuji safari park. There were many animal and we could feed the animal. Lions and cheetahs were frightening. We stayed at hotel, and took a hot spring. At night we had karaoke and table tennis. Second day, we left for Tokyo. On the way, we ate lunch and went shopping in Yokohama. Afternoon we arrived in Tokyo. At 6 p.m. we entered a gate. We enjoyed
Tokyo Disney Sea. Disney Sea was not crowded so we rode a roller coaster many times. We enjoyed until closed. Third day, we visited a Tokyo Tower. I went up for the first time so I was excited. Next, we went for Yokohama. We went sightseeing
Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse,
Landmark Tower,
Chinatown of Yokohama and so on. I ate a steamed bun with meat in it. It was delicious. To go this trip, I gained weight.
About other things, I watched a baseball game in Nagoya dome, went to stay my friend’s house, went shopping, and went dinner. In addition, I joined club’s activity or meeting and discussed a school festival.
I had a good time. I enjoyed my summer vacation my heart’s content. This summer vacation will always remain in my memory. However, I didn’t work much during summer vacation. Now I have no money! I’m going to work hard and have to study English.

adium. A game of cricket and rugby are held. In Japan Tokyo Dome is the most famous stadium. Athletes play baseball in this dome. Besides, in Auckland people can ride a ferry and enjoy watching a fine view of the city. Especially, Harbour Bridge is a beautiful place. The bridge length is one thousand and twenty one meters. You can see a lot of yachts because people who live in Auckland go fishing and going yacht. New Zealand is the number one to have yacht's owner. You can see view of whole city at top of Eden mountain. The mountain is 196 meters above sea level.
